You need to calibrate the device. Please follow the instruction attached to the email to do the calibration process safely and correctly. If you have any questions please don't hesitate and contact our team at support@nectarsun.com.


Also the following steps for calibration process:

WARNING! To avoid sparks wait for 30-40 minutes after disconnecting DC cables from the NectarSun.


1. unplug the Nectarsun from the mains power (turn off)
2. disconnect the DC from Nectarsun
3. turn on Nectarsun
4. go to "Settings" > "Reset" > "Yes"
5. device will now restart, and you should see the "Set Language" screen ("EN")
6. press and hold the "up" and "down" arrows at the same time for 2s
7. you will now be in the Engineering Menu. you should see "TEST MODE" at the top of the screen
8. could you please take a photo of the screen with a lot of numbers (eg. see attached image)
9. short the DC input on the Nectarsun (connect DC+ to DC-). WARNING! If you just disconnected the system from PV panels, there still might be a voltage on the DC+ and DC-, so there might be sparks when you short the DC inputs. Use an insulated cable for this.
10. using the "up" and "down" arrows navigate to "Calibrate" screen
11. IMPORTANT! make sure that DC inputs are shorted (DC+ connected to DC-)
12. press "Calibrate" > "Yes"
13. you will see the "Calibrate" screen. calibration is done.
14. go back to the screen with all the numbers (see attached photo)
15. could you take a picture of it and send the data back to us
16. you can now turn off the Nectarsun, connect the PV modules and restart the device

you will need to reconnect the app. to do this:
1. start the Nectarsun
2. select language, and set time
3. open the app on your mobile phone
4. go to "Settings" > "Reset device"
5. follow the instructions on the screen to connect to the device again
